Mohammed Al-Arabi

Mr.
Al-Arabi has experience in Information Technology for more than 20
years. He has a B.Sc in Computer and Systems Engineering. He has a
foundation certificate about IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) from OGC –
England. Mr. Al-Arabi is a Comptia’s IT
 project+ Certified Professional.

Mr.
Al-Arabi has started his career in Systems Engineering, moving to
computer and data network, and then moved to Project Management,
Business, and Marketing.

Mr.
Al-Arabi has been involved heavily in project management since 1995 and
has a broad experience in managing projects. He has extensive experience
in Project Administration, Project Management Methodologies, and Project
Management Information System (PMIS).
He
has participated in developing a Project Management Office (PMO) model
and a Project Portfolio Management Framework.

Currently
his main focus is on Training and Consultation services.

Mr.
Al-Arabi has delivered many workshops, training courses, and
presentations to a number of organizations (ARAMCO,
Saudi Telecom, Saudi Marine, and Vodafone Egypt).
The courses delivered are in Project Management, Management in
general, Business, and Information Technology (IT). He has delivered
50+ PMP Exam Prep courses.

Mr. Al-Arabi has
provided a consultation service to one of United Nation projects by a
recommendation from PMI_AGC. He has assessed the maturity level to
four (4) organizations using PMI's OPM3 (Organizational Project
Management Maturity Model) as one of the consultation services
delivered to those organizations.

Mr.
Al-Arabi has a considerable experience in developing business plans and
he has his own business in training & consultation services.

Mr.
Al-Arabi is an author for Arabic books in Marketing and Project
Management. One of his books is distributed by Obeikan bookstore in
Saudi Arabia.

Mr.
Al-Arabi is registered as a Project Management Professional (PMP®) from
Project Management Institute (PMI®) - USA. His PMP certificate is valid
till the end of 2011.

Mr.
Al-Arabi is one of the speakers of the PMI EMEA congress that was held
on the 19th of May, 2008
in
Malta. He
has obtained a certificate of appreciation.

Mr.
Al-Arabi has obtained a token of appreciation in recognition of
outstanding contribution - PMI-AGC, 2005-2006.

He Had been a volunteer
to help PMI-AGC in Riyadh during 2005 to run its activities; arranging
for the technical presentations.
