David Chaudron, PhD, is managing partner of Organized Change, a San Diego-based management consulting and assessment firm.  He has over 25 years of experience working with a variety of manufacturing and service firms, assisting them in assessment, strategic planning, change management, process improvement, team-building and leadership development. He has taught at Alliant International University on Total Quality Management (TQM), strategic planning, personnel selection and organizational development.

He has published over 15 practical articles on surveys, teamwork, Re-engineering, TQM and organizational change and recently is the author of three books: “No More Darn Buzzwords: Keys to Successful Organized Change”, “Master of all you Survey: How to use Employee Surveys to Improve Organizations, Teams and Leaders”, and “Nailing Strategy Jelly to your Business Tree: Anticipate the Future, Develop a Plan, Manage Change. “ His national/international clients include those in manufacturing, banking, finance, petrochemicals, electronics and aerospace in the United States, France, Germany, Portugal, Brazil, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. He has spoken at numerous national and local conferences including those sponsored by the American Management Association and the Center for the Study of Work Teams. He has been a major speaker at internationally broadcast teleconferences to over 35,000 people on TQM, systems thinking and strategic planning.

He holds a PhD from United States International University in industrial/organizational psychology, with masters in the same from California State University, Long Beach. His bachelor’s degree is in psychology from the University of Arizona.
